the speed Evs are not need so much due to bullet punch

Dragonite looks good but i'd put earthquake over Extreme Speed

Echoing what soybtree said.

I'd rather if you choose Milotic as your third member. It will absorb the Ice and Fire type attacks that will harm your Dragonite and Scizor respectively.

Also, change Surf to Scald. And invest your Special Attack EVs to hp, and your Defense EVs to Special Defense.

You're going to have to take advantage of Marvel Scale, and you cannot afford to lose to something as petty as a Focus Blast with that distribution.

EDIT: Here's a move set if you're having trouble visualizing that.

~ protect/Ice Beam

Well, Ice Beam is there for general Water type coverage, that is, if you need it.

I think if your going to have a lead it should be a lead and not a sweeper. Other than that it seems pretty good.

taking your advice, i have do some research, i have come out with this

Aerodactyl@Focus Sash
Role: Taunt Lead, Stealth Rock Lead
Ability: Unnerve

-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Ariel Ace

taunt will fix alot of thunder wave and will o wisp which i notice its quite common in super singles and stealth rock will help soften and prevent revenge kill from focus sash and sturdy pokemon....

what do you think? do it fit with Scizor and Dragonite?

Milotic would be a good choice. Something I found out is if you leave any hole the AI will exploit.. Not might, they WILL.

they say this way i dont have to worry about getting screwed by RNG which sleeptalk is relay on while keeping marvel scale.

what do you guys think of this milotic? better? or should i use the move that Sheimi suggested?
