That gar set was used because gar is actually a great special sweeper D: And it was awesome to see gross' switch in to fire punch's that do about 64% to the average CBgross Also celebi and Jirachi and co do not like a switched in fire punch. Also Ice punch does over 50% to the average zapdos which is awesome.

Basically I needed special moves in one of my teams so I ended up using a special set ;/
