Everything looks pretty good other than that slowbro, replace it with a pokemon that can physically wall and has a normal resist. Give Celebi Max HP and like 301 speed and use Brick break over Focuspunch on Heracross..

Those EVs won't work. Always keep in mind, that things such as Celebi will benefit more physical AND special resistance from max, or nearly max hp, than from giving it the same amount of EVs in its defenses. In other words, use 240 HP/120 Def/rest in SDef. Maybe add Leech Seed or Reflect somewhere.

You have a HUGE Heracross weakness, seeing as it can OHKO or 2HKO everything on your team, 'cept for your own Heracross perhaps, which is 3HKOed iirc (but I might be wrong, and is 2HKOed).. Also no normal resist, nor a p-hazer, which are almost a must on an OU team nowadays.

Perhaps add DDmence over Draggy, solves your heracross problems and can setup for an easy sweep if you can trap the right poke with Umbreon and pass to it.
Skarmory over Slowbro or Gardevoir could give you a nice normal resist, as well as a solid p-hazer, so consider adding it.
