I don't know...no. Ampharos has better stats. Ampharos can also learn iron tail. I would teach it that instead of firepunch.

GOD NO GUYS PLEASE USE THIS AMPHAROS SET: tbolt/twave/fire punch/light screen (or iron tail)

pilo set is good

typhlo set works

pidgeot set: meh

gyarados: I prefer body slam/curse/rest/sleep talk

espeon: I prefer growth over shadow ball

also don't use smileys every three lines. eye-hurtiness. ._.
