RNG Troubles

Ok, so I really want to know how to RNG in Pokemon White, but I have read all of these things on how to do it, and its very confusing... Can someone please help me with a easy explination? Thank you.

Have you checked the Smogon guides and the video's?

It's not just you. The Smogon guide was really confusing.. Just google "Team Hax RNG guide", I don't think I'm allowed to post the link but you should be able to find it. It was the first result on Google for me. Good Luck!
