I'm very interested in many of your normal shinies for gen 6-7 and would be very willing to trade. To offer, I have many shinies, competitive and non (trade shop is in details below or pm me for info) and I also have many 6 IV rowletts (my OT). I'm particularly interested in honedge, espurr, noibat, and many others. I'm also open to cloning if you are.

Really would only be interested in Shinies that you caught/bred yourself, so if you have any of those please let me know. Unfortunately I already have a couple competitive Rowlets so I wouldn't be interested in those either. I don't trade without cloning so yes, that will have to happen haha.

Hi! Both the one in my competitive list and the one in my normal list are from Shinjo Ruins, but as they are Level 1 they do not have Heal Block. I don't think I have a copy of either back in 4th Gen, so I probably can't teach it that, sorry.

Rotom is in a Master Ball and has Thunder Shock, Confuse Ray, Uproar and Double Team (pretty sure that's the moveset it has when you encounter it in DPPt).

For example, if I have four of these eggs (I'd soft reset after they hatch so I know the one I'm trading you has the correct missing IV and ability) I could receive 12 Pokemon in exchange?

Hiya! Yes that is basically it. 12 credits does not exactly equal 12 Pokemon however. Normal Event Pokemon and Shinies are worth 1 credit each, but self-obtained Events and Competitive Shinies are all 2. The credits list goes both ways for everything.

Hiya! I might be interested, but can you let me know the nature and also what it's IVs are (basically where it's 3 IVs of 31 are)? Then I can let you know. Also note that my Summer Keldeo is non-redistribution, meaning you cannot trade it away once you receive it.
