Rocket Gang was going to be in RSE

I was going through the GSF files of Pokemon Ruby (GSF is GameBoy Advance sound format) and I found an unused track which is a GBA version of the GSC Rocket Gang theme. I guess this means the Rockets were planned for another revival until they thought of something more original. Personally I hate Magma and Aqua...but sometimes change is needed.

Actually I heart team rocket. I had grown to love them before RSE were relased. I dont really like aqua/magma..They lack variety. Level 30 poochyenas and zubats everywhere. It gets boring.

Team Rocket are better than Team Magma/Aqua in everyway. Besides rockets have better variety than Magma/Aqua

Lets see team aqua and magma are so dull and predictable lets see:

I think thats it. Even the leaders use the same pokemon as their grunts. Come on now. Team Rocket wins. By the way the music when a Magma member spots you if not similar. Is the same as when a rocket spotted you in G/S/C

Video game devolopers always have some kind of leftovers in the game. Some stuff that jsut didnt make it into the final cut and they didnt get around to deleteing. Sometimes they dont delete things because it can messup the game unless they go through and fix it.

However, I'm glad they weren't in Hoenn. They would've muddled up the storyline. A few cameo appearences wouldn't have hurt, though.

I think the only reason to have Aqua and Magma is to add to the Kyogre and Groudon story. I personally would rather have Team Rocket anyday.

Team Rocket is better. They have more diversity in pokemon (plus, their leader's a Gym Leader, and Aqua/Magma's leader are just pathetic losers -_-)

Although the thing I like about Magma is those hot symbol that appears before a Magma battle

Anyways, it would be good if Team Rocket were involved somehow. Magma wake up Groudon, Aqua wake up Kyogre... and Rocket steal them both. Cue a mass scarch for Team Rocket etc etc...

Even if all of Team Rocket wasn't in it, just a few members, who mention their ongoing work in Kanto and things, I would have been happy.

Or a member who betrays Team Rocket and becomes a Team Magma/Aqua subleader would have been cool.

There are various reasons why it could be in there. Hell, maybe they were just testing how a reused and upgraded or "revamped" piece would sound on the GBA opposed to the GB/GBP/GBC.

And yes, of course having the whole Team Rocket in RSE wouldnt make sense... Thats why they never appear! Its only in the games files. And Just because its in the files doesnt mean its going to be used.

I'd prefer Rocket to be back. It's got a better, more original name. Plus, do to the name and goal, they have different varieties of useable Pokemon.
