..I think you missed what I was saying.

See, I said BN 1 wasn't fun. As in, I never said anything about the story.

I just said that the gameplay, while providing a nice framework for future games, kind of fell flat on its face if you compare it to later games.

Well I found it both fun and a solid overall game. It fell flat compared to the other games of course, but I think it was still a great start for a great series. I guess we just have different opinions.
