Hey, I found a really nice secret base in Emerald, but there are 2 of those black holes blocking the way inside, I know that in Lilycove Department Store thers a Rooftop Sale after you beat the Elite 4, I did that many times and checked out the TV and the Rooftop for days but no clue of the Rooftop Sale, so does anyone know when exactly the Rooftop Sale appears or if thers another Store I can buy the stuff to shut the hole in the secret base??????????

Enter a house with a TV everyday and if you see it flashing talk to it. It will talk about the sale and say how many more days till the sale is on but just wait for a sale which does not come very often.

It's completely random though. I kept myself beat the E4 until they told me about that sale, just be patient for it.

I missed the first one at 80 hours playing on my Ruby... I didn't get another one untill 268 hours.

tv anouncemnts are alway's in the morning. this way you can get something every day. outbreak cheap vitamins, ROOFTOP sale, gamecorner ect

yes, they are rare and random. the thing you want is the wooden boards(or planks, not sure). but that's about it.

What do you meanyou gotta look before 11 am? I've played my game at like 3 o'clock in the AFTERNOON and have watched a television thing about sales and stuff! (And yes, it was 3:00 in the game, too) I don't think the time of day matters.

And there are days that I have checked before 11:00 am, and have gotten nothing on T.V.

with 3 hours or later that's most likely because it's the second day
example three days left and when you look the second time it's the whole day.and i made an mistake about that always. it's you have 50% chance or something (not sure about the percentage but ONLY in the morning you got something and it's not rare but often)
