Roselia has quite a move-pool and one of the only few pokemon that can learn toxic naturally. (Liek OMG)

Too bad the only good thing about it is its special attack. Its too slow to sweep. It cant take a physical hit. Basically roselia is crap. There are better grass types. Thats my opinion. I would try to fit synthesis in there over stun spore and spikes. Because roses HP and Defenses are horrid. You need to take advantage of its recovery.

Leech seed may be enough. but with 50 HP...

Oh and no need Substituting with such low HP because one shot and it'll be destroyed. So go with the Magical Leaf, Leech Seed, Toxic and Stun Spore. Of course, you can only use Toxic or Stun Store but you've got a choice I guess.

I think stun spore over spikes. Slowing down the opponent plus 25% chance of not moving might save you. Because Roselias defense is nothing to be proud of. Whats good of spikes if leech seed is taking HP. Spikes is stopping recovery.

But with 12.5 HP subs (base stats). I dont like Substitute on roselia

Which is what Dark EZRA said. Although it does seem to be the best set if you ask me. Toxic to wear away its HP, substituting is no good because of what Silver Dragonair said, it's essentially just a protect move or something because one shot and it's gone.

EDIT: Well if you're not going Stun Spore and Toxic go; Magical Leaf, Leech them to take health, toxic them, and use spikes. So if they try to get away from the seed, or stop the toxic they will lose health.

No. Dustox can learn Toxic naturally. But yes Roselia just isn't worth the trouble in my opinion.
