You smile happily as you put the ticket somewhere safe and take the rest of the notes out of the envelope. It started off as a bad morning, when you slept through your alarm and then almost fell over on the way to the bathroom. The kettle broke so you could have your morning coffee and the dog has made a mess on the floor. A lone envelop baring a wax seal lay on the floor beneath the letterbox. Now with a list of important instructions you sit down to read them through.

Instructions for all attending guests


Starting now, four Annual Balls will take place, encompassing special days and events where members of the RPG Forum can mingle and have fun. Since this last quarter of the year involves some big celebrations, the first ball will not be for you the RPGer, but rather for the characters who have created.

In order to attend the ball, your character must be an originally created character from any RPG you have joined on the SPP Forums. You will be required to provide an adequate character description form so that people know who is attending the ball. There are no restrictions on who or what may attend, so come all you pokemon trainers, demons and mythological creatures.

The Hallowe'en portion of the Ball will run from it's start to the end of November. After that, the ball will be quickly redecorated to a Christmas theme for December and into January. For the moment, costumes are also welcome on your character, but are not necessary.

Please complete this form and return it to the Ball organisers as soon as possible. If you wish to pair up with another attendee and come as a couple, please discuss over PM and then confirm with the staff.​

The Ball organisers must ask that any greviences and grudges be left at the door. No fighting will be permitted during the ball, unless it is a pre-arranged exhibition match. Pokemon Trainers and DigiDestined are asked to choose only two team members to accompany them. Other rules may be applied to guests, depending on their unique situations.

Name: Dan (and Dantoo)
Gender: Male
Age: Around 20

Description: Dan is a Porygon Hybrid, and is never seen outside of a long dark brown trenchcoat, mainly because of the fact that he hovers twelve inches above the ground. His face is mostly human, but is now a longer more muzzled(?) shape due to the elongation of a Porygon's head. His face as such is similar in shape to a canine's with his mouth present but his nose is not. Despite this, his olfactory system is perfectly fine and acts regardless. His speech is somewhat more synthesised sounding that usual. His skin colour has a slight Red and Blue hue in place of shadows and light. His hands are humanoid, but are more robotical, and square like a Porygon shape.

Though nobody has ever seen beneath the coat, or at least never lived long enough to comment on it, his body is in fact in a state of computerised flux, and it fades from solid into binary data almost like a phantom.

Personality: Possess two. The human part, Dan, is somewhat scared, less willing to do things and nervous, but he's a generally nice person, even if he does need convincing most of the time. The Porygon side of him, Dantoo, is less yellow, but has a minor attitude problem, usually deciding to do things by himself. Occasionally, the two will interact together, and argue or become confused.

Costume: Dan's costume is actually a conversion to two types, Dark and Ghost. His face is a sickly purple, decaying and covered in crusted black skin, while his coat has become dark and leathery like the wings of a bat, veiny and almost alive, while a mysterious dark gas floats all around his body. He wavers in and out of solid and transparent occasionally.

Special Abilities: Dan can convert like a Porygon, and both he and his coat take on an appearance befitting the type, or even types he converts too.

Other: Dan will accompany anyone, as long as they don't mind Dantoo's sarcastic or insulting comments.

 

[Jack Russell]

Name: Jaden
Gender: Male
Age: 13

Description: Jaden is 3/4 mamodo and 1/4 human. He has spiked blond hair and wears a muscle shirt with flames on it along with black shorts with blackout trim. He also carries around his techni-colour spell book which is his power source and wears romani sunglasses. His eyes are dark almost blood-red colour and if you pay close enough attention his eyes are actually changing ctheir colour all the time and have never been the same colour twice in one day. When his mouth is closed you cant see any sign of it but when he opens it almost like that of a wooden puppet. His shoes are made of bandages and a piece of cushoined leather and were designed to outlive him.

Personality: On the outside Jaden may look and act cool and always calm seem like his soul is armoured and unphasable it is quite the opposite. Inside everything is processed and leaves its mark and he is a ticking time bomb from insults and pain to his friends will set him off without warning.

Costume: Jaden's costume is rather fancy and was very expensive. His costume is a ripped up tuxedo jacket with a black 'blood' stained tie. Underneath the tuxedo is a ripped white dress shirt with claw marks on it. He also wears tuxedo pants which are ripped in many places. He also wears the remnants of tuxedo shoes around his ankles. The main part of his costume is a special werewolf costume. His head is a lupine shape and is made of rocks and ripping teeth that move with him. His shoulders are plates of rocks and down to the elbow all the fur is a rocky brown, while his forearm and claws are beige-brown. Through the rips in his shirt and jacket is the same rocky brown fur and through the back of his shirt many rock pieces have formed an armour. His upper leg has the same rocky brown fur and rocks have formed some armour there the rest of his legs are beige-brown. Also on his back are 4 rock covered tails.

Other: Jaden likes to perform tricks from his spell book to impress crowds

Name: Butch Barktree
Age: 14
Gender: Male

Personality: He loves black and cats and to hang out in the best places ever.
He likes telling funny stuff all the time.
He nags his friends to check out his new stuff and what not to watch or buy to save them from getting ripped off.

Appearance: Butch is 6 feet, 1 inch, weighing 137 pounds.
He isn't as strong as the others, but he is fast, flexable, and stealthy.
He wears a black sleeveless shirt and a metal vest under it, and black boots.
He has short spiked brown hair, and green eyes.

Ability: He holds a red staff with a black-colored Pokeball on top that holds material so he can use magic.

 

[Psychic]

Name: Kaylie

Gender: female

Age: 17

Description: Kaylie has rather wavy blond hair, which falls about her waist gently. Her facial features are round, delicate and gentle, complimenting her bright blue eyes. She is a bit tall for her age, though of average weight and medium build.

Personality: She is quite emotional and sympathetic, however her emotions sometimes stop her from seeing the big picture. Because of her sorrowful upbringings, she knows that the world really isn’t all fun and games, though she enjoys a good time either way. Over time she is learning to open up to the world. Kaylie is the kind of girl who will often ‘stop and smell the roses’. She does not usually jump to conclusions and takes her time in making decisions. This also makes her a good judge of character.

Costume: Kaylie is dressing as an enchantress. She wears a long, white gown with silver embroideries at the bottom and at the end of the large sleeves. In one hand she holds a silver staff with a round jewel fixed on top. This jewel is mostly clear, but there is also a bit or purple in it, which swirls around within the jem.

Pokémon Accompany: Accompanying Kaylie to the ball is the Legendary Pokémon Mew.
Mew’s Costume: Mew is wearing a pair of white, feathery angel wings, dressing up as a Flying Type.

 

[Lemurian]

Name: Alex Grassthunder
Gender: Male
Age: 21

Description: He's the normal height for his age with strong legs, kind brown eyes and dark-brown neck-long hair. His face always carry the same happy grin almost all the time.

Personality: Alex is a kind, happy fellow always with a smile on his face. He has a great sense of humour, and sometimes, nothing can snap him out of his good mood. He is fast to get to the point, and he hates doing it the long way when he can just jump to the case. He doesn't like waiting for long spans of time. He has a great fondness for food of almost all kinds, but he has no sense of rythm or music.

Costume: Alex has put on a black-grey costume consisting of a pair of black, soft trousers and a grey sleeveless shirt. Over his shoulders hangs a black cape that reaches down to just above his knees behind him. A pair of fake knives are hanging at his sides, that are copies from a pair he has back home.

Age: 14

Appearance: Your average Shiny Flygon.
Personality: I am a fun loving, happy-go-lucky Trapinch, who loves to have fun, but can't dance fo love nor money. I live for fun. I either don't grin or grin, never frown. But I'll freeze if I see an Ice sculpture, since my parents were killed by two Cloysters using Icicle Spear(KILLED, not K.O.ed). Also don't expect the snacks to last long.....

Name: Rafe
Gender: Male
Age: 17

Description: Rafe is usually seen in his all black clothes, slightly worn out from his various travels in the Lost Woods. With very dark hair, and brown eyes, he's a little short for his age, only about 5' 4". Although agile, he's also a little skinny, from all of his exercise.

Personality: Rafe can be very cold at times, and never really likes to be around people, although he will make exceptions at times. He believes there is not time for jokes when there is work to be done, and hates it when people act idiotic. Although he seems mean at first, he can be a fairly nice person, once you get to know him.

Costume: A red helmet, with a black visor. All grey clothes, with a slightly metalic look. Around his neck is a yellow scarf (he is going as Blues/ProtoMan)

Its a puppet-like creature that can be found in a show called Zatch Bell. They're usually accompanied by a human to read there spells but mine is of course partially human so he doesn't need it

Age: 23

Height: 6 ft. 6in.

Wieght: 180 lbs.

Personality: Kor is very tough, and is always telling weaklings to suck it up. Kor has a big heart underneath and only cares about his Pokemon. He is a born leader, and doesn't take intructions well. Unlike others, Kor knows how to speak Pokemon language.

Appearence: Kor is a tall and imposing figure that always makes people treat him with respect. He wears a dark trenchcoat with a black shirt underneath. Black shoes and black pants finish the attire, as well as some black sunglasses he wears when he wants to.

He has short brown hair that defies the laws of hair gel, and brown piercing eyes. He has a powerful physique, well muscled. He also carries two short swords for emergencies. On a black belt he carries his Pokeballs.

Costume: He will be wearing what he normally wears, he's scary enough.

Pokemon: Kor will be bringing his Scizor and Grovyle.

Description: Long dark brown hair usually tied up into a messy bun. Has dark brown eyes that are expressive. Emma wears a blue t-shirt with black jeans, and a silver necklace. Emma is 4' 8", and weighs around 100 pounds.

Personality: Shy, but once she gets to know you, she's fun to be with and outgoing. Loves to play with her Pokemon. Can be timid around people she doesn't know.

Costume: None

Description: Seth is a medium sized boy with brown hair. He wears a black T-shirt and a red vest (not like Ash's "vest", an acutal vest). He has on blue jeans and has a blue and yellow baseball cap on. He is caucasian.

Personality: Seth is generally a happy boy who is fun to be around. He is easy to get along with and quick to stand up for Justice and the side of good. He was determined to find the men who killed his father and wanted to get revenge. He found them in the Battle Frontier and later took them down. Seth feels that love and friendship will prevail all and is ultimate in this world.

Name:Brandon Timer
Gender:Male
Age:15

Description: Brandon wears a dark cobalt cape along with a almost-blacked blue outfit.
There are two streaks of color extending throughout his outfit.
The white begins on his right shoulder and goes down behind and then back
to the starting point, also the same with the crimson, only it starts on his left shoulder.
He wears a indigo dark bandana that covers his spiky thick brown hair. A portion of his hair hangs below his deep ocean blue eyes.
He also wears teal gloves that cover his entire palms.
He wears thick black-grayish sweatpants along with red lined stylish running shoes.

Personality: A silent teen that is rarely ever seen talking unless be it to friends. Adding to that, he is also very shy, and often very unconfident of himself. He likes to be alone alot, basically. When told to do something, he often gets confused and screws it up unless be it simple.

Costume:He has weaved a cyborg-ish solid hard armor with several weeks of practice and many many attempts afterward. It has a yellow-greenish glint and has a see through visor a few inches infront of the eyes. He's dressing up as Master Chief from Halo.

Pokemon he will take:Swampy (Swampert).

Full Name: Resu Haether
Gender: Male
Age: 16

Physical Description: Long Blonde hair falls lightly around Resu’s shoulders. It bobs up and down freely mimicking his every movement; never messy Resu’s hair keeps itself in place curling at the ends obediently. The golden hair always covers one of Resu’s cold ice blue eyes, though the eye it covers changes at Resu’s discretion.
Resu has a round face – his nose and mouth, soft edged, are small. He has rotund cheeks but the edges are always hidden beneath his hair.
Resu is of an average build for his age, though perhaps slightly taller than many. He has long arms, which end in long slender fingers. He has particularly long fingernails as he has an aversion to cutting them.
Resu dresses in a long black T-Shirt with long sleeves, this tucks into dark blue jeans that are frayed at the bottom from over using them. Resu always wears a long green jacket, no matter what the weather is like. This matrixesque piece of clothing swirls around his ankles.

Personality: One single word is often used to describe Resu, eccentric. He is overly obsessive about many minor aspects of anything he engages in, he also has a tendency to overreact when people do not share his love of precise neatness. These reactions have earned him a reputation that means that few approach him willingly and very rarely will it not be a practical joke. This bullying has compounded his obsessiveness and tendency for silence; he remains alone most of the time, this has developed his skills for entertaining himself by listening to others. He does not live his life on his own, he lives it in the shadows of those who come and go around him, stalking, listening and watching there every move from the shadows.

Costume: Resu comes dressed as a Zombie, due to his lack of effort and willingness to do much. He has applied the relevant make up and donned worn out (ripped and frayed) versions of his normal clothes.

Pokemon: Scyther, Heracross.

For anyone who could possibly notice, even moreso care this is a fusion between two of my characters, Resu from A Brand New Adventure and from Shadowfaith's upcoming Teen Titan's RP.

Name: Tiana

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Species: Gryphon

Personality: She is a caring, observant, trustworthy, and patient creature. Since she was transformed into a Gryphon and was not one originally, she has gained a small amount of territorial agressiveness, not insofar as her personal space but she will not abide anyone who tries to take something of hers.

Description: Her head is an eagle’s head, except for the fact that she has large feathered ears. Her front legs are the talons of an eagle. Her body, hind legs, and tail are those of a lion except for her wings which again are an eagle’s wings. All her feathers are the color of golden-red that her hair had been. Her fur is the normal tawny color of a lion. As a human Tiana was 5ft, 9in. tall, now she stands at 7ft from her talons to the top of her head.

History: Tiana had a fairly normal childhood, she was raised by two loving parents and she grew to be a fairly normal young woman. There was one thing though that was not so normal about Tiana. Sometimes, when she was feeling particularly strong emotions strange things would happen. Tiana reacted to this strangeness by learning to control her emotions through patience. This patience became a great asset to her as it did three things, it kept down the rate at which odd things occurred around her, it brought her a great many friends, and helped her to see some of the most tedious tasks in her life. It was only three years ago, at the age of 18 when Tiana was transformed into a Gryphon by a sorceress.

2) Due to the change, Tiana must speak through thought-speech. She also cannot tell outright lies due to some arcane magic that is part of being a Gryphon, but she can tell half-truths or twist the truth and Tiana has become quite an expert at this.
3) Obviously her talons and beak can suffice as weapons should the need arise.

 

[DeadlyMighty]

Name: Tessie Rdee
Gender: female
Age: 17
Species: Djinni

Description: Tessie is tall with broad shoulders and her eyes are gleaming all he tiem, but completely empty and dull. Both her parents died early on, and she went into such withdrawal she soon was turned into a Djinn, a class of demon, lower than the afrit, but higher than the marid. Her hair is long and wavy, red with brown highlights, and she always wears a choker necklace with a red moon on it. Her casual clothers are a blue sweater and jeans, and her formal is a black skirt with a hite flower top, labled Rebel.

Because of Tessie's demononic powers, she is able to change species, such as from human/djinn to djinn/wolf say. And many others.

Personality: Tessie si actually rather very quiet. Her eyes are always dull and empty, but on first look, you could never tell of hre djinn class. She is neither proud nor ahsamed of what has happened to herself. She excepts the fact and tries her best to act normal. Tessie had never really fit in.
Costume: (Optional) none.

History: Tessie grew up out on a farm, with her dad and mum. When she was five, there was a seige on her town and many of the houses were burnt down, including hers. For months her family lived with some old friends, but they hadn't the room and they soon had to leave. Tessie was young when this happened, and grew sick quickly as the trudged alond unknown trails, trying to find land to settle in, or a welcome home. ONe day they stumbled upon one and by then the whole family was sick.

Tessie was the only survivor. There was an attack on the house the next day, illing everyone in there, but Tessie, who was outside with the horses, brushing them. When she saw what was happening, fright took over, she mounted a horse and took off. She fell quickly into despair, she was living alone at the age of 9, both parents gone and no where to go, no oen to look to.

After she fell into that quiet despair, she soon became over-whelmed with power. She was soon transformed into a djinni, or djinn, for good. She neither is ashamed or proud of what has happened, although stated before, Tessie appreciates the gift god has given her: life.

Description:Tommy's a little tall for his age.He has Short spikey Black hair.He has Blackish Brownish eyes and tanish skin.He has a slim body.He always wears a Buddha Necklace that his Parents gave him.Tommy also has a big scar on his chest by being attacked by a mysterious pokemon when he was a little kid.Tommy wears no shirt but a red short sleeved vest so a little of his chest is showing,2 Wristbands on each hand 2 red 2 black,long baggy black pants with lots of pockets,and Black and red Running.As you can probably see he's Asian

Personality:Tommy is a gentle,nice,and energetic kid he likes to make friends and have fun with people he knows.Tommy sometimes gets mysterious and quiet.Don't get Tommy mad if you do just back away for a while then Tommy would calm down.Tommy also gets timid and nervous when he does something he doesn't know how to do or has to announce something.

History:When Tommy was a little kid he was attacked by a mystery pokemon which left a big scar on his chest.On his 12th Birthday he got his first pokemon and trained them really hard and got along with all of them.On his 10th Birthday he changed his Necklace and it was a Buddha nacklace that his parents gave him.
