This is what I got so far, it's balanced with two win conditions. At first i had M-Camel over Steelix and Stunktank over Golbat

1) Golbat is horrendous in this metagame. Defensive Defog Flygon is 1000% better. If you're pressed for a Fighting resist (which you absolutely need), Offensive Sig works very well.

2) Mega Glalie craps on your Regen core pretty badly.

3) Impish > Careful. The boost in Defense is necessary for MegaLix to do its job. The Special Defense just allows it to take hits from MixedMons better.

4) Zero wallbreakers. You create little opportunity for either Houndoom or Durant to sweep, which is further compounded by the fact that you have zero secondary hazards to push more passive damage on opponent's mons.

5) Tangrowth > Amoonguss 4 lyfe. Tangrowth has better bulk and better utility (Knock Off + Sleep Powder) for teams.

What are some spreads and stuff? I have no clue what to run, and just built that team off the teams I like in OU.

So yeah posting in this thread again because I've not played RU much lately and now Venomoth is in the tier. Not many of us that play it here I'm assuming but I've heard talk of Venomoth being quite broken. Anyone play and enjoying how the tier is at the moment? Probably going to make a Venomoth team myself and give it a shot to see how broken it is though, probably the mono-attacking set. Looks something like this:
