And your set has no attacking moves, so you're gonna BP away anyway, so why would you care if they switch or not?

Umbreon is not meant to attack. It doesn't have the stats to attack.

I know, but at least it's base attack is 5 better than it's base sp. attack, and shadow ball beats ghost and psychic. Besides, you really should have one attacking move on a BPer in case it's your last poke or you just don't want to BP... (ironic)

um, it wasn't to 'cover all weaknesses', it was to attack with. I just put that there.

And does it really matter if you do or do not use shadow ball? I had it there because I like having at least one attacking move on BPers.

I love using Bite on Pokemon who have a small Special movepools. I also use Bite on Suicune, Omastar, Espeon, Jolteon, ect.

I wish Blastiose could get Confusion through Breeding like in GSC, or getting Zap Cannon as a Special move again, also only in GSC :<

Seismic Toss can be an option for this set too, but I don't reccomend it.

I but down Brick Break and Iron Tail down for 2 reasons:
-There are Pokemon that can use FP better than 'toise, and there is only 1 FP TM per game. Brick Break, however, can be easily bought in FRLG in the Celedon Department Store
-I put Iron Tail down if you don't want to [re]breed.
