LOL XD that's great!
Oddish:Mr/Ms. weed. must evolve into gloom after beating two kecleons without any moves it knew when you caught it then evlove it into a vileplume/bellosom at sootopolis.
peliper: Named Vlasic and must know steel wing.
solrock: Amun Ra. Must know fire spinl
Wynaut: Name: Fate Blue can only evolve once it has KOed 3 Pokemon using Destiny Bond.

Take a Torchic. It must solo Flannery to evolve, and then it must solo Wallace/Juan (8th Gym) to evolve into Blazekin.

This means that I will only be able to evolve either Cacnea or Combusken. Since I want fully evolved Pokemon only, may I solo Winona with him instead? He's still at a type disadvantage against her since he's a fighting type. Man, this is gonna a be a fun challenge! :)

Yes, sure. Sorry, I didn't notice Cacturne there!

Take an Electrike. It must defeat every Geodude/GravelerGolem you see, and it must solo May/Brendan's Marshtomp to evolve.

Last one. Tough one, this is.

Have a Wurmple. It must solo every Flying Type Pokemon you see up until the second Gym to make it evolve. If it evolves into Silcoon, it must use Harden against every Pokemon it battles until the 4th Gym. If it evolves into Cascoon, it must use Poison Sting against every Pokemon (Not Steel, of course) it battles until the 4th Gym. After these requirements are met, they can evolve.

If this is too tough, you must have a Koffing. No restrictions. :p
