Ofc every software has bugs, I know that cuz I am a Data & Algorithm Engineer =]
But if a game has too many of them pre release, it is beneficial to delay the game release to make more checks and fixes..
To minimize said bugs

It might be better for the overall game experience but for larger companies like Pokémon the games have already been purchased by vendors and a delivery date has been set. It doesn’t matter where they are at in development, there is a signed contract that forces the game out at the stated release date. This is why a lot of games—not just Pokémon—have a Day/Week One Patch and/or a few bugs. Since we are approximately two months away from release there would have to be a severely catastrophic bug that somehow made it passed the testers, QC and QA.

Pokemon is on a very tight schedule with the games having to come out yearly to sell the merch and anime. They absolutely can't afford to delay the game

There will not be any major, explicit tie-ins to Kalos or any other region in this game's story. GF doesn't do that

Yes but the main topic within the earlier pages was that according to the leaks, every type is covered by a type specialist trainer apart from Rock types. The titan Pokémon do not fit into that context.

Nothing. If anything, more people will be able to transfer Pokémon because it’s supposed to become a free service.

Bank isn't being shutdown. The Eshop is. Most games/services you have purchased on it will still be functional

I wish they’d just make all starters available in every Gen in some capacity. They make all Legendaries available for VGC each new generation and I’m sure a good chunk of people have one as their favorite Pokémon.

Dexit would have been a lot more bearable/understanble if at least all starters were still avaliable.

I'm surprised they actually bothered with adding retro legends/mythics again, despite those all having very valid reasons to not be avaliable. Really, I'd say cover legends and event mythics made more sense being cut since it kind of goes back to them being extremely rare and stuff

Have the leaks hinted at whether Armarouge & Ceruledge are legendary pokémon, paradox forms, or a branched evolutions with version exclusive items like the Applin line?

If it’s the third option, I may stick with Scarlet and get someone to help me get Ceruledge

Well shet. My main 3ds can't connect online and will crash if it tries to do so, but I could use my other 3ds, or find someone on twitch who's willing to trade me a Greninja and then breed it for a Froakie.

I'm looking to get a 3DS and some games myself since mine is in a similar position since I've had it since day 1.

Did anyone notice that Team Star Mela's hair style seems to resemble a pepper? I thought of bell peppers straight away.

She is a fire type specialist and I believe her hairstyle may be inspired by the fire/grass type pepper Pokémon. In fact it probably could be her ace Pokémon as well.

I know the trailers revealed her having a Torkoal, but I believe this was to avoid revealing another new Pokémon. Similar to how I believe the grass Gym Leader's ace is probably the tumbleweed Pokémon, yet they only revealed him using Pokémon we already know of.

I somehow doubt any of the trainers will have the ordinary versions of the titan Pokémon as their ace due to them being used as Titan bosses.
