Yes though Simian is a very large group. Zarude seems to pull more from Baboons, Mandrills and Lemurs whereas this theorised Mythical would be more a type of Gorilla. So while technically both are Simians they are pulling from different species which may be considered enough of a difference in this case. My bigger reason I'm sceptical of this is more the timing. It would have been an excellent addition during the DLC and unlike Zarude which was featured a movie I don't see any reason for this addition even if i'd like to see it. Unless of course this is going to tie into something coming along later.

If the Gorilla Mythical is legit, then my guess is that it is tied to the 24th movie that could come out this summer or winter.
