On gamewinnners.com in the Pokemon Emerald Cheats it says after you get all the Frontier symbols (gold and silver) you go talk to Scott battle him get a badge talk to Wally battle him get a badge.
This isn't on the main site so I was wondering if this is true. I highly doubt it though.

Use a little common sense here, if something that big was true, don't you think that the biggest Pokemon site on the internet would have had news on it LONG before now?
