I can name a few,Wynaut,Wobuffet,Diglett,Dugtrio,Trapinch...

Back in G/S/C you couldn't run away from them. I know because I tried when I ran out of PokeBalls. Better run than to kill the poor thing right? I think this rule would apply to the new generation too. I'll do some AR research...
