Rainbows, Recolours, Fossils, Siamese Pokemon, Stripes.
Hey. I'm Ryou, the magical rainbow man, er.. Girl.
I used to take requests here a while back, but my Paint Shop program had issues and I had to quit because I hate using Paint. But now I'm back. With a new PS. And a vengeance. Anyways, here's about all I can do ya for.
As far as I know, I'm the ONLY one here who does the Rainbows and Stripes. I invented the style myself.. it's not from a tutorial. But I think I'll make a tutorial before I quit spriting, so these don't die with my computer (which dies frequently).
Requests can be made at any time whether I'm on or not, I'll get to them when I see them. Don't worry about overloading me. I work awfully fast, these only take about 1-2 minutes each if I want to risk carpal tunnel.
Rainbows:
These come in a million formats, please indicate which you prefer.

Please give some sort of credit!
I have.. well. I call it 'Splash' :
It's not really circular, because it has more than one center (though on that particular Ninetales the most obvious is the one on the chest)
And I can /try/ circles:
