Hello EmperorDmon! Just read the rules and PM me if you want to be friends! Yes, and thats the only time you actually see your character talking in the game.

Vampiric Knight

Dance with the Devil
And?

But it probably wasn't your character that actually talks; as her name says it all, Copycat imitated your character's speeches. It's something that, I dunno, was made for some amusement.

Well...your character never talks to people. Besides the copycat. But those little things that say like, "Wild Pikachu appeared!" And "Gotcha! Mewtwo was caught!" Or "Obtained a pokeball!"
That is your character talking.

^^I thought that was just your character thinking.

That is interesting. Obviously, you say YES and NO to questions, but it never shows that.

He has to be talking. Why would he think, if all other characters do that same thing?
The yes and no thing is true.
So, yeah, your character talks, but not to anyone but himself and the copycat.

Yeah, the copycat scene is the only time in any of the games released to date that you actually get to see what your character is saying. Sad, yes. Kinda lame, yes. But at least you know your character isn't mute.

Off topic sorta: That's like in Golden Sun 2 when they just put your character (Felix) speaking once by saying "Why?" in the whole entire game.
EDIT: I swear they do that just so you don't think your character can't talk...

The reason they don't have your character talk is probably because they're trying to personify the character as you, and they don't want to put words in your mouth that you wouldn't necessarily want to say. But, needless to say, Copycat is an exception to this notion.
