What type of sad? Sad as in it sucked?
Oh, you mean sad as in literally. I don't know why but the 1st movie but not because of Ash, cause of that little speech mewto gave about something I can't remember. I was bawling my eyes out cause he sounded all sincere and stuff

I don't know what was so sad about Ash being turned into stone, would they really kill the mian hero in a movie? Well, I'll admit it was sad in that "I know he's not gonna die but it's still sad in a way" kinda way.

NO Sad dose not mean it sucked it means It's very toaching it made you cry(Not in shouting, in sobbing) it tells you it was the best movie you ever saw.
Like March of the Penguins is the best movie because one of the reasons it was the best because it was very sad (Poor ulucky Chicks

Why do so many people think Wishmaker is sad? I've never found any of the pokemon movies sad, they're to juvenile.

I know I'm just being sarcastic :\ But I'll agree with DriveShaft about the pokemon movies being a bit too juvenile.
Now if they made an epic drama where 2/3 main character died I can see myself being sad, but I don't think we'll ever see that.

I have two sad movies.
Mewtwo Strikes Back was sad in my opinion. The night before I saw it, I just knew that something bad was going to happen to Satoshi. When he was turned to stone, I was bawling my eyes out. (So was my mom.) And because we're insane like that, my she and I saw that movie four times in the theaters when in was out. Though, the part in the movie that always gets to me first is when the two Meowth are talking about the moon. (I'm getting tears now.)

Birth of Mewtwo can be considered a part of Mewtwo Strikes Back, can't it? If so, I'd definitely consider that the saddest. Aitwo's death scene actually caused me to tear, and that rarely happens to me.
