How do you get to the part of the Zone, where Heracross and a bunch of otha rare poke are?

isn't that just one word, hyphenated? :p But you're right about the acro bike

In the first area just go up until you get to the white planks. Use the acro bike to jump across them, go one screen up and happy hunting!

You have to beat the Elite Four and become the Pokemon Champion for the first time. Then the next time you visit the Safari Zone, go a little way above where you enter and take the first right.

EDIT: Bugger, I got confused. xD *hides behind a Sneasel*
