Mice/Rats can make stances like that. :3 I've had 7 mice and 3 rats.
And the armlet is just to say that he's mine. All my character's pokemon (Tavish) has armlets like such on her pokemon.

The only problem I have is that the back foot is too square and the colouring of the tail is inconsistent with the colouring of the rest of the picture. Otherwise it looks pretty damn good, I like the electricity.
