Story Introduction:
A new land, a new frontier, undiscovered mysteries. A land isolated by Tall mountainous ranges to the North, Heavy seastorm, feared by many sailors, to the South. The land of Cherry Blossums has remained a legend to the outside world. Some would call Sakura Region paradise; fertile lands, decent weather. the purist of water. These lands have yet to be tainted by the rapid industrialization. A land where Pokemon and Human can coexist in peace; until one faithful day. A Man named Colonel Morphis, Ex military officer, cam upon this land claiming it as his own. He had a stong unfamiliar pokemon to the Sukura Region's natives, known as Shadow Lugia. Shadow Lugia dispelled the heavy storms long enough so that Morphis could venture into the lands with many of his crew. His crew became known as Team Steelix. All the goons carried an Aron with them, higher ups carries other Steel pokemon. Colonel heard a myth of a powerful steel pokemon, which resided in this region. He wanted that pokemon's power. Many conflicts arrived, but eventually Cononel Morphis went underground, and remained secret, for he feared one man, the champion of the Elite Four.
Much like the other regions, the Sakura had Gym battles, the Elite Four, Pokemon Breeding, Coordinating, and much more.
You are a starting Trainer, Nurse Joy, Officer Jenny, Gym leader, Gym trainer, or what ever occupation has not been filled out.

Rules:
1.) When trying to catch a Pokemon, please be reasonable, you can't have unlimited Masterballs, and you cannot ultimatically run into a wild Charizard, per say. When you are new, you must stick with beginer type pokemon.
2.) When issuing a challenge with another player, you must wait for a response. You can issue challenges with NPC players all you want, but real players offer more experiance, and such.
3.) You cannot gain a level every battle, be reasonable. you can either have a reasonable gain, or one of the Pokemon Referees can decide.
4.) There are limited numbers of certain pokemon, like you cannnot catch a legendary pokemon if someone already has caught it.
5.) No stealing other's pokemon, unless you are a goon, and can beat the trainer.
6.) Gymleaders can have the authority to choose who wins their battles, but they MUST be reasonable or they are canned and a Gym trainer takes over their job.
7.) Pokemon Centers also are shops in the region so you can buy things at there.
8.) SOMEONE'S PC is the person who signs up to be Poke Designer.
9.) Please do not insult other player's actions, let the staff or the refs take care of ill played moves or other things arround that.
10.) More rules will come as RPG developes.
