Altaria. The other two are overused like hell. (and I have a Altaria on my team in Emerald. So lyk lolz. :/)

Salamence forever. It's so much cooler looking than the others, plus I have one and it's super powerful!

Salmence learns good moves, so I voted for it. But Flygon makes up for having a crappy moveset with immunity to electricity and canceling out it's weakness to rock.

Salamence easily overpowers the other two in terms of power, but personally I prefer Flygon.
I love the fact that it is resistant to rock while immune to ground attacks, which makes it easy to switch in most physical sweepers. STAB Earthquake and quick attack is also extremely useful.
Salamence is way overused which makes me avoid it. And to the guy that said it's overrated, it's not. It is that good.
Altaria.....meh. BL at best. It can survive some non-STABed Ice Beams, but doesn't do much damage. It's a good thing it can heal, though.

I'd say Altaria. No, it's not because all those other people also think Altaria. Well, I don't like Salamence because it's over-rated. Okay, so maybe it does have good moves and everything, blah, but I don't like it. I really don't. In fact, I hate it. It's "Coolness" blinds people's eyes.
As for Flygon, I used to think it was okay, until suddenly it's just... Ughew. Weak. Maybe it was because I didn't train it well in my game, but I'll just put it on the "Ughew List".
I like Altaria because well, I just like it better than the other two. In my opinion, itcan be put to good use in my team, and that its blueness blinds me. All I can say.

SALAMENCE BORES ME DAMMIT. Altaria is cool, but not very strong. I like Flygon best - strong, cool, and well-designed.
Altaria. it may be outclassed by the other pokemon on the list, but I still find it ...........great. its very pretty and gorgeous, (the other ones are just terrible to look at, salamence looks rushed and flygon.....ew). It is decent, actually. It is one of the better supporters in UU ans such.

Salamence is easily the best, and it's by far my greatest level 100.
Flygon is okay, but you can really only use it as a Cber and it needs HP Ghost to be good. =/

Many of you already know this, but......I *heart* Salamence. It's my favorite Pokémon, and tops Altaria and Flygon by quite a bit.
Altaria's nice to look at, but it has low offensive power---forcing it to rely on moves like Toxic and Perish Song in combination with Natural Cure or Refresh and Rest to really be effective.
I like Flygon, but it really does nothing for me in terms of battling. It may cancel out the Rock weakness Salamence has, but it still has the Ice weakness and has even less chance of surviving a STABed Ice Beam. Really, in battle Flygon's a weaker Salamence that isn't weak to Rock. The only standout move Flygon learns that Salamence can't is Solarbeam.

I said all three...but only because the choice to be specific which two you peferred equally wasn't there. I like Salamance and Flygon more than Altaria...in fact, I can't bring myself to deal with my poor Altaria anymore. *marks it down on the "to do" list*
