Okay, as nobody of the 45 views has replied at all, I'm gonna assume it's because it's so long. So, I've shortened my team to the minimal of words. changes in bold.

My Wish/Screen support. Also a physical wall of sorts. the lack of speed makes it fairly easy to use U-Turn to pass wishes unscathed.

My bulky water, and special wall. Also burn infliction. Thinking about Rain Dance as it helps a lot of my other pokemon. Plus it helps counter Excadrill as it hates the loss of Sandstorm, and Scald is a OHKO in rain.

Fire absorber, as half the team is weak to it. Looking for any kind of replacement that makes this a more viable rain dance abusing team. Something that sets up entry hazards.

There are much better pokemon you can use to set up screens (Bronzong, for example), Jirachi works best as haxraichi

I have little experience with Jellicent, so I can't comment much, but it looks pretty good

If you're looking to sweep, flame charge is your best bet. Scarf doesn't really work with SR. Iirc, with one flame charge you have adequate speed to outspeed most things, even if your nature is modest.

your right about stone edge and hammer arm. I think I was over-thinking it. The heatran looks good. I thought about bronzong when I made the team, but wish was the original goal and screens just kinda add support. Although, the team does function much better with screens. I'm not sure wish is even necessary with them.

Does the paraflinch or an offensive Jirachi counter latias, latios, reuniclus, and starmie as well as escavalier? If it did, I could have jirachi and a better screener like cresselia take escal's place right? in theory? I haven't give it much thought...
