Salamence or Dragonite

Honestly, they do seem pretty equal.

Salamence has a slightly higher attack, special attack, and speed. Yet Dragonite can learn more moves.

Their abilities aren't special, but not to many pokemon work with flinching, and Salamence needs to switch in and out to use Intimidate more than once.

Seriously I like Salamence more, just because it would probably win in a fight between the two. So...

I like it because of being a supposed salamander and he has rather good special attack.

Salamence>Dragonite. It is far stronger unless Dragonite is very fast and wipes it out with Ice Beam.

I love Dragonite, but Salamence can take it out before Dragonite can get in a hit.

Salamence can take it down with Dragon Claw or Rock Slide

I voted for the underdog, Dragonite. Dragonite has higher defensive stats. I doubt a Salamence could OHKO it. It would probably leave it with a little health for Dragonite to strike back with Ice Beam or something.

Plus, I hate Salamence because it's overrated.

It's up ta you actually. Dragonite's better defended, but slower, tch, but Salamence is faster and stronger with special attacks, but weaker to attacks. Depends on yar battle strategy actually, wether ya tare right inta yar opponents or go slowly but surely.

Personally I choose Salamence since I like it fast with my strategies. Hehehe. XD

Dragonite. It's attack is a whopping 1 base point lower, it isn't as boring or hated (by me) as 'Mence, and it gets Focus Punch too, along with nearly every elemental attack.

I'll vote for Salamence because I'm currently training one. But I do think it is a bit overrated. Dragonite is more versatile in my opinion and is the original!

It really depends. If you are looking for a solid sweeper, Salamence it the good choice. If you are looking for something that is IMO more versatile and can take a non-STABed Ice Beam, Dragonite is a choice.

No, that was Charizard. At least everyone knew Dragonite was good, and it was and still is true. And, the extra effort too, more rewarding.
