San Francisco, JAA Winner

Hey everyone,
For those who don’t know yet, ;251; SPPF's California Trainers Club has beaten the “San Francisco”, JAA 13+ tournament, with all legitimately caught and trained Pokemon!
Julian Partovi was our member who won. He is actually a veteran Pokemon player, but our least experienced @ 2vs2 battling. In fact the team he used was made of our extras , so it was amazing for him to beat everyone in this tourney!

Heh, Justin would've lost anyway if the match kept going, like a Lugia would be able to come back and defeat Snorlax, Mewtwo plus one other Pokemon.

I don't think so. Julian's Snorlax would've gone BOOM if there wasn't a time limit, thus winning anyways.

BTW I was Julian's crowd support. I had my rabid Plusles use Helping Hand on him.

Yep Julian's team is all EV/IV trained! In fact, that Groudon "Zilopotchli" you see there was a previous PRA winner too. I'm pretty sure Justin did the same, his Lugia had max HP, dunno if he got it legit though, maybe.

It's a pretty bad pic hehe, makes him look like he's an *** or something which he isn't lol. Yeah unfortunately they don't give you a warning of the picture coming, so he didn't have time to smile or anything .

I think the announcer made a mistake by saying that Snorlax's Shadow Ball is a special attack.

YEAHH!!! That video was the Bomb!!!! It was the Best Fricken battle I ever saw! I was really Impressed. My brother could probably beat the recont champion though. Count on it. The time I meet him. I'll fight. My pokemon will crush his pokemon. and you know. Julian doesn't deserve to win cause I'll crush that guy to the ground.
I'm sorry, I was bragging too much but I want to battle him. I'm doing really well on netbattle too, and I was to meet Julian, I want an uber challenge. I also happen to have ubers on my sapphire version. I want to go to the JAA! god dammit........

what does legit have to do with pokemon? did he shark his stats?

But echoing everyone else, congraduations to him and your club! I went to the Tampa PJAA stop, and even though they had a few free spaces in the tournament, I couldn't compete because the batteries on my SP were about to die. xP
