Sandslash question

I've been trying to breed an Earthquake/Rock Slide (w/ Brightpowder as the item and Aerial Ace/Sandstorm for the other moves) Sandslash for some time now, and I've gotten to wondering: which personality would be better for him, an Attack-booster or a Speed-booster? I'm looking at a stat calculator now, and the results I'm getting are as follows(I've been regularly getting near-perfect or better IVs in Physical Attack and Speed for my hatched Sandshrew):

Attack Up(255 EVs in both stats):

PA: 328
SP: 229

Speed Up(again, 255 EVs in both stats):

PA: 299
SP: 251

So, basically, which personality would my pokemon be better off with?

Sandslash doesn't need nearly that much speed. Adamant and some of the speed EVs in HP and defense.

Also, Brick Break>Sandstorm, possibly Swords Dance>Aerial Ace, and Leftovers>Brightpowder. Annoyers fail and Sandslash can sweep anyways.

If you really wanna sandstorm you could always make a TBoah. Replace Sandstorm w/Sword Dance like blaziken said then you could keep Aerial Ace since TBoah could do your Focus Punching <fight> but i'd keep the Aerial Ace(TM) for a better spot. Definitely spread the EV's out though cause this guy's not a CBer. Max Att <252> w/adament but check out the magic #'s guide on another website <no free plugs> to see how to divy up those last 256 EV points. Mainly Spd / Hp

Many thanks. Granted, I'm somewhat leery about BB as EQ/RS cover everything that does except Normal and Dark(and RS is SE on some of those, anyway), and I had been planning on giving BB to my Salamence to help clobber its more...hazardous adversaries. That said, I might soon be able to send a copy of TM31 over to Ruby from Emerald(assuming I can get my hands on a link cable again). Swords Dance does appeal to me though. If only pokemon could have more moveslots, eh? I guess 2 free stages of evasion aren't what they used to be...

I highly doubt that I'll be packing a Tyranitar anytime soon, as I'm not nearly that far into my Leaf Green game yet(arrrgh). I had originally planned to use this eventual Sandslash in an Spikes-Toxic-Sandstorm team(2v2 with some 1v1 capability), though if that's no good nowadays, I'm going to have go to a different theme...

Double team is considered cheap, as it basically leaves the entire game up to luck. The AI won't complain, but it's also faster to just beat it straight out.
