Ninjask + Ttar = bad.

Quick Claw is haxy and promotes no skill whatsoever.
Rock Slide/Explosion/Agility/Sludge Bomb over Shadow Ball and T-punch, please.

That Flygon is just asking to be outspeeded and OHKOed by a Milotic.

Your EVs are messed up... Pick the ones that are more suited for the pokémon. If I were to give you EV advice i'd probably check Smogon.com first.

There are Ninjask counters on almost every team. You need Cradily and/or Mr. Mime if you want to use Ninjask effectively.

BPers suck imo.
Make it so the HP is divisible by 4, and give it the Leichi Berry.

Give it an Adamant Nature, then get rid of Crunch, and give it either Taunt, Substitute, Thunder Wave or if you want, a Hidden Power Physical.

Steelix (M) @ Leftovers ** Tankor
Trait: Sturdy (nubs are everywhere these days, and you aren't using the Rock Head)
EVs: 252 HP / 156 SDef with the rest going into attack
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Roar
- Psych Up / Rest / Explosion
Psych Up is fun, Rest is usefull, and Boom is great for taking down things that might otherwise cause you trouble. You needed a Phazer, and RS is better than Iron Tail.
imo, they are the best Evs for it.

Flygon (M) @ Choice Band ** Draonman
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef) / Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Rock Slide
Either Naughty or Adamant. I prefer Adamant, even with Fire Blast, but if you want it to do more, use Naughty (duh). Don't waste Evs, even if it is only 1 stat.
You might like to look at Quick Attack, but you have a seriouos Skarm Problem, so imo Keep it.

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers ** Big
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Atk / about 40 Def / about 100 SDef and the rest in SAtk (haven't got NB in-front of me atm, so they may be a little odd)
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Curse
- Ice Beam / Surf
- Rest

Metagross @ Leftovers ** Raura
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / loads of Def and HP with some in SAtk
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Explosion
- Thunderpunch
Thats the set I use, and its a good set.

Rating is fine, but I'd love any and all suggestions.

You will be completely destoyed by any Bulky water, and any Physical Walls... Namely Skarm :(
