NO JOLLY ON STEELIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Steelix can't outrun anything, even with a good nature. Give it impish or adamant.

4.) Brave on that Pert. dubbo ob EVs mught wanna run IB > Surf.

7.) brick Break meta is meh. give it a CB and RS > BB.

I think it's pretty damn cool for a theme team, sure suicune, starmie and milotic could pose a threat but if marowak gets one attack in they're ****ed any way.

evs enough for: 404 hp / 270 def / 230 sdef / rest in satk

many of your ev spreads are either too simplistic or just lol, like max speed on a steelix, which just ruins it's potential as a physical wall.

brick break on meta and tar serve no purpose at all

Didn't really look at your team that thoroughly, so whatever you need teh +3 stat boost in, put it in. I see you have a steelix tho, so put it in sp. defense.
