Okay, I'm just paranoid(extremely) about Cross. If Mence dies, Heracross will hurt me badly. But I guess SB is fine here.

Metagross shouldn’t have so much Speed EVs. Even with the lowest Speed IV, a Speed of 200 is enough.

Otherwise, it's fine considering this is Sapphire and teambuilding is a pain without tutors.
