Sapphire Battle Tower

These are the three Pokemon I use for the tower. All are level 50.

Espeon @ leftovers ** Espyjump
Synchronize
EVs: 196 HP/154 SpD/160 Spe
Calm nature
-Calm Mind
-Baton Pass
-Psychic
-Substitute

Starmie @ Quick Claw
Natural Cure
EVs: 40 HP/252 SpA/rest in speed
Mild nature
-Surf
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam

Salamence @ Shell Bell
Intimidate
EVs: Either not EV trained or 252 SpA/252 Spe/6 HP. Can't remember
Modest nature
-Hydro Pump
-Fire Blast
-Crunch
-Dragon Claw

So, it's a completely special-based team. But it's still the Sapphire Battle Tower, which means the opponents suck and I can get away with it. I could get an adamant physical Salamence, but I'd prefer to just go with this. Suggestions (meaning, would I be able to just keep this team and just change a move or two, or would I need to actually get a physical sweeper?) There are no Blissey as opponents, by the way.

Recover is a nice option for Starmie instead of Psychic. :/

Starmie @ Quick Claw (There is pretty much nothing else it could hold... Mystic Water if you are seriously desperate)
Natural Cure
EVs: 40 HP/252 SpA/rest in speed
Timid nature
-Surf
-Recover
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam

Salamence @ Shell Bell
Intimidate

Modest nature

Could use CB Mence>Elemence
Salamence@ Choice Band
Adamant
-EQ
-Rock Slide
-Brick Break/Fire Blast
-Aeial Ace

Still, you need some Physical Presence imo.
But I suppose Passing all the CM's could do only good for mence.
If it works for you thats fine, but CBmence is an option.

Timid seriously works better (not much better, but still)

Starmie @ MysticWater/Shell Bell (In that case, use Lum on Mence)/Hax items if you feel like it
Natural Cure

Regice can give a long match, unless EspyJump manages to CM Up in its face

battle tower item clause sucks.

putting in a physical poke would help this team. could go for metagross... that solves your regice problem, too. (STABed SE Meteor Mash hurts)

and if you have access to it, you could put petaya on starmie. you have a CMpasser, i know, but there's not many options. and shell bell's just not very good.
