Saving on Mirage Island

I've never been to mirage island, what happens when you save your game on mirage island, and then turn the game off and then load your game the next day? Has anyone tried this?

if you are on mirage island, and you save on it, it will be tere for as long as you are on it, if you leave however, it will be gone.

Well actually it would be kind of pointless, except for the leichi berry.

if you are on mirage island, and you save on it, it will be tere for as long as you are on it, if you leave however, it will be gone.

This is the same for any time-based events in R/S/E such as the Master in the Lilycove hall who won't leave unless you join a contest or go outside.

You could also pick the rare berry there.I think its the Leichi berry,or something like that.It increases your pokemon's Attack.(COOL!!)

only for one battle, so i recommend you plant it in the berry masters garden so u can then multiply ur stock

I once stayed on Mirage island for a week. I caught 300 Wynauts in the process. Yes, 300! Boy when I had to make room for others, it was hell releasing them all (this was before I could get Box)!

Berries replant themselves if you haven't picked them and it's been a long time since they were ready for picking.You don't want to come back and see that they' still haven't grown,do you?

Actually Mirage Island's appearance depends on your pokemon's OT ID number so i believe you can stay on it as long as you want, as long as you have the pokemon with the ID number that made it spawn in the first place.
