I really don't think she's Ash's kid but if anything she looks like an Ash/Dawn fusion to me

Riko has Black/Blue hair

The only companions Ash has had that had Blue Hair are Dawn and Lana

However Riko's eye and face shape more closely resembles Dawn to me

Riko has two toned hair. She either dyed her hair and black (or blue) is her natural hair color or anime logic is in play and its a fusion of the parents’ hair colors.

So far only Lana matches the blue in Riko’s hair
