Sceptile Help.

Ok I need some help here. I have a Lv. 43 Sceptile(traning him now)and I need some help getting a better move for hi, but im not so sure what move to get rid of. Oh and to let you know this is just to get through the Elite 4.
Here is his current moveset.
Leaf Blade
Slam
Giga Drain
Dragon Claw
I was just wondering if I should get rid of Slam or Dragon Claw to make room for Shadow Ball. Please Help.

Giga Drain should be removed but idk im not a Pokemon expert.

CRUNCH .. breed him into this guy .. it's good
Dragon Claw .. he's faster than the Dragon guys so this kind of works .. almost beats the Kingdra

.. and any other move .. I don't like Giga Drain, but Thunderpunch can go here after the Elite 4.

If you dont want crunch, do what I did and give hiim substitute. You have to have him on Emerald if you dont want to trade him over.

Ehhh... kick out Slam... its not that good and has 85 Acc. which is bad.

exactly what he/she said you could put giga drain if you want but crunch,thunderpunch and dragon claw are good but since your training him now you have to bread one with those attcks or a tutor
