Scizor moveset, EV's

You're probably saying now that I got a gold symbol for battle tower that why do I need another pokemon, well after a recent experience in battle factory, I'm considering to go for the 100-win streak with a scizor as follows:

Scizor, adamant/impish/careful, holding leftovers
- swords dance
- silver wind
- steel wing / aerial ace
- baton pass

While I understand it is 4x weak against fire, here is the rest of my intended team:

Starmie, modest, holding brightpowder, 252 sp.att/speed, 6 hp
- surf
- ice beam
- thunderbolt
- psychic

Salamence, adamant, holding choice band or white herb, 252 attack/speed, 6 hp
- double edge
- aerial ace
- earthquake
- brick break

or

Aerodactyl, adamant/jolly, rock head, holding choice band or white herb, 252 attack/speed, 6 hp
- double edge
- aerial ace
- earthquake
- rock slide

Any suggestions for scizor's EV distributions, etc...?

btw starmie - recover > psychic doesn't matter that it gets stab it still doesn't do anything that beam/bolt/surf can't do

salamence - dragon dance > double-edge

also on scizor it's pointless trying to raise it's SDef as it'll always get ohko'd by stabed fire attacks

For EV it says:

At least 198 speed for all sets. Reversal/Sweeping set should have max Attack and the rest in HP. Baton Passing set should have all defenses and HP.

So either adamant or impish would do, and at least 198 for speed. Not sure if HP or defense should get more and any for attack at all.

I just recently hatched an adamant male scyther wonderfully outstanding in ability with flawless speed/defense/sp.def, 18/18 attack, 22/23 hp, 9/10 sp.att at level 5 for a scyther and have so far evolved it into scizor. My only concern is its HP iv could range from 0 - 19 as with its wonderful stats I'm hopeful its on the higher end of the scale. Anyways, how's the following EV distribution based on the pokerealm site:

220 HP/158 Def/132 Spd
