Scizor is better without a doubt but I prefer having a Heracross. Wasn't there a poll exactly like this before?

Scizor. STAB Priority + Technician + Base 130 Atk = Owned. Unfortunately, some will counter-argue that many teams now carry something to counter Scizor so if you use it, be aware of that.

I prefer Yanmega as a bug, but from the 2 mentioned I like Scizors one weakness and that sword dance/bullet punch combo is great.
