NOTES
01 | I may reject and/or alter the request, if necessary
02 | I may close the shop [not the thread, as in the shop's status will be closed] even if I have no pending requests, if I am busy.
03 | BUT since my summer vacation will start in a week, the shop will be regularly open.
04 | You have three chances to follow the rules. Each time you fail to do so, you recieve a strike. Three strikes, and you are banned.
05| I only do icons as of current, but banners may become available later.
