Now that that is all done with, I ask again....What will win? Free Will? or Fate? Its your decision as you take the role as the ten destined to be endowed with the powers of the Daemon's and have them accompany you. Will the Traitors convince the Righteous and Vengeful to stop? or will The End of the World happen because of their battle? Its your choice...but their fate.

The War of Fate and Free Will
The Sengoku Period in Japan was plagued with constant battles from Nobunaga, Hideyoshi and Ieyasu. With anarchy slowly spreading, Daimyo took the place of Emperors in their areas. However, this is all documented, cemented in the pages of History. What we are focusing on is what is not...what was sealed away. This is what starts our story.
During the Sengoku Period, the warlords were not only battling each other but, powerful daemons, awakened by the bloodshed of the war.They were ultimately named Daemons. These Daemons have come to be known as The Order. The Order comprises of 10 Daemon warlords that control the natural elements of world. The Order Comprises of Fire, Water, Thunder, Earth, Wind, Poison, Darkness, Light, Mind and Illusion. The Order usually did not work together but, the strong bloodshed in feudal Japan caused them to team up. They made the unfortunate decision to begin in Japan.
What The Order was unaware of was Japan's deep knowledge of the mythical and magical. This is where Tenji enters. Tenji is an expert of the Daemons and a shaman. He knew that the appearance of The Order was also an omen to the end of the world and, even if they were to subdue them now, they would come back in the future. Lord Ieyasu had ordered Tenji to seal these Daemons back into their world, never to return. Tenji, full knowing this could not be, agreed with the notion he will do something a little more improvised. Tenji went into hiding and started writing long and detailed descriptions of each Daemon's powers on long hand scrolls. This was so that the Daemons can be literally sealed within the scrolls. He then drew animals at the end of each scoll, which the Daemon's being will forever be bound to. Tenji understood something Ieyasu did not, The Daemon will wipe out the earth's population whether they like it or not, it was destiny, no seal can hold these daemon's away. Tenji did what he was told full knowing this, hoping his descendants and others would be able to seal them away or find a way to destroy them completely.
Tenji walked to the Forbidden lands of Mt. Fuji where The Order made their home. Tenji began his incantation. He danced around with serene grace. He released each scroll in amazing swirls and whips around him. The Order simply laughed and thought it was some type of entertainment to appease them and so, they began clapping along with the incantation. As the 10th scroll was released from Tenji, this is when The Order realized something was wrong. They began to be sucked into the scrolls. They tried to fight the force but it was much to late. They were caught in the vortex and each of them were trapped inside their prisons. Tenji then proceeded the incantation with the final stage. He closed each scroll and then threw them in the air and sent them far away, hoping they would never return for another millenium. However, they will.

Tenji created an 11th scroll, documenting his pursuit to seal The Order and a warning for future generations that these power Daemon, The Order, will return. He had put a spell on the seal so that it would appear when the time is right. The scroll was recently found in the year 2010. Since it was based off of Daemons and incantations, it was made to be simply mythology and was sent to museums across the world for special engagements. Some, however, believed it to be fact and was a warning for an impending disaster. These people were just named as crazy people. Unbeknownst to everyone, they were the ones who were right. Tenji planned the warning to be two years prior to the events of the cataclysm known by all civilizations as The Apocalypse .
The Order are the ten Daemons of the world that control the natural elements of the world. Their names are simply the element they control. So it comprises of Fire, Water, Earth, Thunder, Wind, Poison, Darkness, Light, Mind and Illusion. The Order is usually separated into two different divisions. The divisions are The Righteous and The Vengeful. The Righteous are the more naturally more heroic and the more forgiving of The Daemon. These daemon are, Water, Earth, Wind, Light and Mind. The Vengeful are the darker, evil daemon. These Daemon include Fire, Poison, Thunder, Darkness and Illusion.
Though the Righteous are shown in a more positive light, they are still driven to destroy civilization. This is because, though they sympathize with the humans, they are still a flawed race and they cannot tolerate seeing too much of the fallacies of human existence and once they have had enough...they become enraged at The Vengeful and The Battle between them creates the Apocalypse. The Vengeful are always driven to destroy the human race simply because they hate the mere sight of them, however, they wait watching the misery of others and wait until something universally good happens and then swoops in to destroy the happiness.

This means that the animal manifested itself near them at all times. These animals were the soul of the Daemon they now had inside of them. The animals are now called Spirits. Spirits are able to talk and have the personality of the Daemon they used to be. They have no powers as they were separated from them. So what will win in this tug of war? Fate? or Free-Will?
With the impending war between the Daemons, the UN had decided there is no way they can let this happen. The UN created a Military organization known as DaeCorps, created for the soul purpose of preventing the war between Daemons. The DaeCorps, luckily had run into both the Fire and Thunder Daemons who are now considered Traitors to their old cause. The 2 Daemon and DaeCorps made a very strong, but very shaky alliance to find the rest of the Daemons and either convince them not to fight, or terminate them. They quickly realized you can only fight fire with fire. Normal militarized weapons had absolutely no effect on the Daemons and their ancient magic so, only Daemons can fight Daemons and so on.
DaeCorps cut there numbers to only a few from the thousands they used to have. Those 7 include, General Maxwell, the brains behind the operation, The Traitorous and finally 6 man made Daemons who have soul linked with the top four candidates that had the right chemical make up for such a link. These new man made Daemons were created using an old for of Voodoo magic. The magic used a kind of soul vessel. The soul vessel, known as a Chrysalis, is basically a soul without any substance, a soul who hasn't lived yet. The Witch Doctor would then almost create a supernatural form of AI and put it into the Chrysalis. This was called the Cerebrum. Depending on which magic was used and the emotion of the Witch Doctor at the time dictated the personality of the pseudo Spirit. The Pseudo Spirit then had a complex spell cast on it to allow it to control a certain element. This was only half way done. The Pseudo Spirit will then have to be trapped in the same type of prison the actual Daemons were. Then DaeCorps would give the scrolls through a line of their top soldiers and simply waited until the scroll glowed and the link was made. After this point, a Pseudo Daemon and real Daemon are almost unrecognizable. The Pseudo Daemon and Human are linked. A spirit materializes just as it would with a regular Daemon. The only thing that can differentiate the two is the elements it controls, which are usually elements that are Unnatural, Compounds of other elements put together, abstract elements not of Earth or man made concepts. A soul link is when the beings of both human and Daemon link together. A soul link is vital to the survival of both The Spirit, which is the personification of the Daemon, and Human. During a battle both spirits and humans fight in a parallel battle. So, if the human attacks, the spirit attacks and vice versa. Also, any pain that either endures or sustains during a battle or just getting a cut from walking, the other gets the same injury. They also share the same mind, meaning that the Spirit and Human within a soul link can use telepathy to talk to each other but, not to other humans or spirits not in the soul link. The Spirit and Human cannot be far from each other, the farthest they can be from each other is about a mile before both become fatigued....faint....and then die. This is because the Spirit is now part of the Human and the Human is now apart of the Spirit.
