Sea chart please

Do anyone know where I can get full map of sea areas from Mossdeep to Pacifidlog Town?
I need this chart because I want challenge every single trainer there,but Emerald's sea area is very big,and I can't be sure,is there trainers left.

Is the route really any bigger in Emerald than in R/S? In my Sapphire, it took a lot of tries to get to all the places of the route, but it wasn't really that hard. That kind of a chart would be useful, though.

Maybe Psypoke has it.I think they are the ones to have maps, but you should check to be sure.

There was some ripped maps,but they don't contain trainers.And that is what I need.However,they can still be helpful.
