In honor of Kuwa, the Seaking who battled against a Mewtwo (and its teammates) and won that round during the tournament in Seattle. She's my favorite pokemon that I own.

I wouldn't critique you anyway (even though it's almost... I dunno; arrogant? of you to dispel the possibility of improvement) since it's almost perfect. I will say, though, that it just seems more like a girl with Seaking paraphanalia attached to her, rather than a morph.
I ain't complainin' though.

I really like this kind of morph; I've made them on several occasions. Seaking is an unusual choice and for that I give you a cookie. *hands cookie* The outfit really fits here, another one of those things I have a liking for...

What program did you do this in? Because to me it looks like a very well done Paint image... Even though it's likely not.
