Yo,

I thought that I’d make this face-off to give characters who would usually be overlooked a chance to shine. It’ll be a compliment to the villains and animated protag face-offs a.k.a villains and protagonists will not be eligible for nomination. In addition only 1 secondary main character can be nominated per person. Secondary main characters have already had plenty of limelight (e.g. in the W/H W face-off 2nd iteration, 3 of the final 6 were secondary main characters (Homura, Kurisu and L)).

Nomination Rules
  • You may nominate up to 8 characters from any fictional media.
  • For each nomination, please provide the name of the character and where they originated from (name of the game, novel, tv series, film, comic, culture if the character happens to be from mythology, etc).
  • Specify the continuity as well if needed (e.g. anime, manga, game etc...)
  • Don't nominate a character that was already nominated.
  • Don’t nominate a character that could classify as a villain or protagonist.
  • Only nominate at most 1 secondary main character.
  • The nomination limit is 66 characters though the face-off could start with as few as 32 if it doesn’t seem like there will be any further nominations.
  • Rules for the format and conduct during the actual face-off will be stated after the nomination period is over.
  • If you have any concerns regarding the classification of a given character, please feel free to let me know.
