Can Keldeo learn Secret Sword in Gate to Infinity? Also, can it use its Resolute Form?

I'm asking here because Keldeo isn't in the SpinoffDex

Nope. Or, at least, there hasn't been any way to that has been found.

Other than Meloetta, there are no alternate formes.
