Seedot Moveset

I'm in a Scramble Challenge and I can't evolve Seedot to Nuzleaf or Shiftry, so I need a decent moveset for Seedot to use In-Game and for the E4.

-Sunny Day

-Explosion/Synthesis
-Shadow Ball/Quick Attack

I just want to know... how can you not evolve seedot into nusleaf?.... Shiftry I can begin to understand.. but no nusleaf... :\

1) Is your seedot over level 16???
2) Is it holding the everstone???

If #1 is YES...
And #2 is NO...

Then you should be able to evolve...

Don't bother giving Seedot a Shiftry moveset, Seedot can't hurt anything.
