I luv the art!!!! I would give it 10/10.
Its great!!!! You have to make more cards with that kind of art!!!

But i think that the Poke-Power is not that great cuz how would the opponent know if you picked a card that is not in your hand?? He would have to see your whole hand, and that would give him a big advantage!!!

And the last attack is just way too over powered!! It does too much damage for so little energy cost plus the 20 extra damage for being Dark, making it do 150 damage, and that could knock out almost any Pkmn!!! And the coin flipping adds to its power so if the defending Pkmn survives this attack, and it turns out to be heads it will be knocked out the next turn!! And if tails you switch the defending Pkmn with a benched Pkmn of your choice !! this makes it very powerful, so you can switch it with any Pkmn you think is vulnerable!!!

Did you really draw that pic??!

...And another thing to add is that the weakness and resistance do NOT make sense!!! cuz being a Dark/Steel makes it have a 4xWeakness from fighting but you made it a resistance!!! and being a Dark/Steel makes it have a resistance from Psychic from both Dark and Steel but you have it as a weakness!!!

So i think you should fix these problems...
