Huh. I wonder why the Gym Leader lineup is incomplete? You'd think all of the Gym Leaders of the region would appear to prevent this disaster.

Oh yea, totally forgot about those anime-exclusive gym leaders that Shota went to. Who knows, maybe they came to help as well and is just not shown on screen.

I wish Alexa was there, too. It'd make sense since she'd be able to report on the entire thing happening. Also, she's got a Noivern and Heliopsicle, so she could definitely contribute to the fight. This is also the last major arc for XY&Z, and it would be fitting to have her both at the start and end.

...But on a more serious question, whatever happened to Drasna and Wikstrom? They didn't get squat in this season, besides the latter one getting a movie cameo.

Only Malva and Diantha are doing anything. I'm surprised the rivals aren't getting in on the action.

Sure, but it begs the question that if a bunch of gym leaders are able to mobilize, why aren't the most powerful trainers present as well? Siebold appeared in Act I and Wikstrom in a movie intro.

I would love for nothing more than to see Wikstrom send out his mighty Klefki. It'd be a great sight; the heavily-clad, intimidating knight sending forth the boo boo keys. (Klefki's no joke, though. Strong Pokemon)

I would've loved to see all the Kalos gym leaders with megas here, but yea I can see how Clemont would be left out of that. Makes me wish he owned a Manectric instead of a Luxray hee hee. In hindsight, I should probably just be glad that the gym leaders are even here and weren't forgotten about entirely. :3

Where in the hell are Wikstrom, Siebold, and Drasna in all this, and what of the missing Gym Leaders?! Are we all being deceived and this is truly a Mega Lucario episode in disguise?! (I mean, seriously? Of all the more fitting broadcast Pokemon they chose this one out of the blue?)

The victory for one side is painfully obvious to guess, but we all know one thing... Our little Ash is going to school for the first time! (No, seriously. I kid you not.)
