Satoshi, Go and Koharu have met Abel the blue colored Pokémon maniac, or "BluePoké Maniac" for short. Abel has come to the Kanto region from the Kalos region in order to enjoy BluePokélife, and takes a massive interest in the alternately colored blue Biriridama Go has got! He then invites the three to the world of "Bluekatsu", blue Pokémon activities...!

So I suppose that we might see the introduction of trainers who collect only blue-colored Pokemon. I can't think of that many blue-colored Pokemon that I'd like to see owned by the potential COTDs other than Golduck and Latios. There aren't many blue Pokemon that I like that weren't already caught by either Satoshi or Gou.
