I mainly just hope for battle-related focus, seeing his Pokemon simply out of their balls is nice but when I say focus I mean worthwhile focus. Battling, in-depth interactions, devotion toward to their developments as characters, etc. It does seem possible we'll get that here, but I do agree, I wouldn't really want Horubee to evolve into Horudo and he already does have a sizable Pokemon in Rentorar.

I'm hoping that image of Horubee bandaged is from this episode, perhaps a Horudo or Horudo trainer is causing trouble and Citron uses Horubee to stand up to it but it gets beaten badly and we get a Pikachu/Goliath situation in-which it rematches it and wins. Though I honestly think beaten-up Horubee is from the episode with Chigoras since Horubee is seen playing with it, Pikachu and Dedenne.

We got scenes from the Eevee episode,the new showcase and the gym battle so I'm sure the bandaged Bunnelby is from this episode because if it's not from that episode that would mean the preview never showed anything about it.

Im going to hazard a guess that the Pokemon smuggler is back, Bunnelby gets beaten and injured, and he wants a rematch so he goes and fights Diggersby with injuries. I dont know if CLemont joins him or not since he seems releived to see Buneelby is alright?? As if he arrived after a fight was over? That's my speculation anyway

Ignoring this episode also, I seriously doubt that Chespin and Bunnelby's journey will be a simple errand and nothing else, you probably watched enough Pokemon to know that simple stuff like this usually doesnt go as planned

I dont know what you want then, either the two of them casually bond in a laid back episode and it's a "Waste of time" or they spend their time running away from/fighting TR and it's also a waste of time. You want Clemont and his team to get focus, yet say it doesnt matter and ther's not point to it anymore when it happens. Like, idk man whatever option they take with it it seems you'll find a way to dislike it.

I'd like an episode that isn't a complete waste of time and actually develops Bunnelby, sis. He doesn't even have to evolve to accomplish that: We just need better writers.

IMO, this episode is already great for actually giving some SORELY NEEDED FOCUS AND SCREENTIME to Bunnelby.

I hope we get some touching Bunnelby/Clemont scenes.

As do I. The only thing better then a Bunnelby episode is two Bunnelby episodes. If this is also a Bunnelby episode I will be so pleased. Not sure what role the Diggersby will play but I want to see some Bunnelby action!

Because sadly, Clemont's episodes are mostly wasted potential imho. I'm not just cynical for the sake of it: His episodes just rarely deliver in my opinion, so I can't possibly stay optimistic.

An episode for Clemont's Bunnelby is something that has been sorely needed, IMO. Considering his Pokémon on hand since XY series started, we've had 1-2 episodes or so centered on Chespin, Luxio -> Luxray, and Dedenne even though it's merely for Bonnie's benefit. As far as I remember, Bunnelby never had any episode focused on it at all. So I guess I can say it's a bit refreshing.

I think this is not going to be an evolution related one, and probably one in terms of wounded pride (against some Diggersby or a group or whatever), considering the short emotional scene with him and Clemont (the former with bandages). But who knows.

But on the other hand, Clemont-focused episodes have never appealed to me as much as the rest of the gang, so I'm not as enthusiastic about this one as the other future episodes.

I guess I just dont see the appeal of disliking the episodes the very moment you hear about them because its not exactly what you wanted (or in the case of this episode, nothing at all since we know nothing about this episode) and make yourself determined to believe it's going to be bad and you wont like it, it just seems pointless and self destructive when trying to enjoy a show.

Stunfisk just appearing even for a minute makes any episode fantastic lol.

But yeah I'm glad we're getting a Bunnelby focused episode. I love the line not only because of their designs but the fact that they're actually usable in competitive play.
