Hi all. We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.
However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.
We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure. -

why is this tournament bo3... if you win the first 2 games then you take 4 mons and your opponent is eliminated. wut
edit: this tournament will force you to be creative in your teambuilding by only giving you a certain amount of Pokemon that are considered viable in the current OU metagame. When sign-ups are closed, everyone will receive 4 random viable Pokemon.
or does this mean everyone gets 4 random pokemon in the "banned" mons list + 2 non-banned mons that the user can freely pick

Whoever wins the Bo3 gets to take Pokemon, not after every individual battle. Yes, everyone receives 4 random Pokemon from the list provided. You are not forced to use all 4 of these Pokemon. You can use all 4 or none of them. For the remaining slots on your team, you can choose any Pokemon not on the list, bar the Pokemon eliminated by the 4th rule in the OP. You can make multiple teams to use during your Bo3 series, but the battles must be back to back (Basically no building another team in between you battles in the Bo3 series.) Anything else you are unsure of?

I have 1 question in the op it says you can't refuse a challenge if you are on the xat etc what happens if you challenge someone and they don't reply and just leave the xat (due to they don't want to battle because they may lose)

Just don't challenge people that aren't talking in the xat and such. If someone doesn't respond then they are more than likely afk, and will be dealt with if they do not complete a battle within the four day period. You can also ask one of the mods to help sort out the situation. Also, and this is a note to everyone, try to not go on the xat if you will go afk for long periods of time to help avoid confusion and situations such as this.
